Introductory Workshop for Highly Sensitive People
Do you feel things deeply? Are you easily moved? Have you been told you are “too sensitive”? You may be a highly sensitive person.
In this workshop, we will explore basic concepts and research behind high sensitivity and new strategies for navigating the world as a highly sensitive person. You will leave with a more compassionate and empowered understanding of yourself. This workshop will also offer opportunities to connect with other highly sensitive people in a comfortable way. You will leave this workshop feeling more connected, more empowered, and with a greater understanding of what it means to be highly sensitive and how to navigate the world as a highly sensitive person, and having a more compassionate relationship with your sensitivity.
This workshop will include a short presentation providing more information about the concept of high sensitivity as well as supported one-on-one conversations with prompts. Light snacks and beverages will be provided in a comfortable setting.
If you’re feeling like this workshop may be for you, you can go here to take a quiz to determine if you are a highly sensitive person, and here to read a recent blog post from Elizabeth about high sensitivity. Email me for more information or to register. Space is limited!
